The BonRoll radicchio and scamorza is what was missing. The strong flavor of the scamorza and radicchio will allow you to bring a roast to the table that is even more delicious, which everyone will like.


•IN THE OVEN: Pour a little oil into a baking dish, place the BonRoll in it and cook it in the already hot fan oven.

•FOR A FASTER COOKING: Cut the BonRoll into slices of about 2 cm. Brown them in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and cook them over low heat, covering and turning them often.
