BonRoll in Potato Crust
Ingredients
Description
The blog Cicetta's Wonders is ready to teach us a trick to make the taste of AIA's BonRoll even more special. For a family lunch, to celebrate a birthday or an important occasion there is nothing better than pampering our guests, friends and relatives, with the recipe of the BonRoll in potato crust!
Procedure
Boil the potatoes, mash them, add the egg yolks, salt and pepper and prepare a puree. Spread it on baking paper and let it cool. Also boil the carrots.
In the meantime, prepare a rectangular mold, grease it with oil and line it with breadcrumbs.
Take the AIA Classic BonRoll and gently insert the carrots sideways so that they reach the center.
The advice is to use two small carrots, rather than just one, to avoid risking ruining the delicious filling of the AIA meatloaf.
At this point transfer the meatloaf onto the puree base and slowly roll it up gently, until it is completely covered.
Transfer, always with extreme delicacy, the BonRoll into the prepared mold, drizzle the surface with olive oil and bake at 180˚C for 70 minutes.
Let it cool for 10 minutes before unmolding it directly onto the serving dish.
