A Greek salad with the classic BonRoll is the best lunch for lightness and taste. This dish, inspired by Greek cuisine, can be your office lunch. If you are always on the run, even at dinner time the classic BonRoll cut into slices is ready in ten minutes and can be enjoyed in total relaxation perhaps in front of the TV. Of course, the Greek salad is also ready in a few minutes and you can customize it according to your taste.



To prepare the classic BonRoll with Greek salad, slice the BonRoll and cook it on a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil. In the meantime, peel the cucumber and cut it into cubes.


Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges, then thinly slice the red onion. In a salad bowl, mix the tomatoes with the cucumber and onion and season with EVO oil, salt and pepper. Add the oregano and basil and bring to the table.


In the meantime, the BonRoll will be cooked and ready to be served with some lightly toasted bread.
