1 Classic BonRoll
4 fresh artichokes
70 g of Grana Padano in shavings
1/2 glass of dry white wine
1 lemon

For the recipe of BonRoll with crunchy artichoke salad and Grana shavings, pour a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and 1/2 glass of dry white wine into a baking dish, place the BonRoll in it and cook it in the oven already heated to 18°C for 70 minutes, covering it with aluminum foil for the first 50 minutes.


In the meantime cut the stem of the artichokes leaving only 5 cm, remove the outer leaves and the tips, cut them in half and remove the inner beard.


Slice the artichokes very thinly and season them with an'emulsion of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and black pepper.


Add the Grana shavings to the artichokes. Remove the BonRoll from the oven, slice it and serve it with the crunchy artichoke salad and Grana shavings.
