Elegant on the plate, the BonRoll classic is a perfect second course for those who have always loved meatloaf and now find it in a modernly balanced version, to be enjoyed at will with seasonal vegetables, salad or legumes.


•IN THE OVEN: Pour a little oil into a baking dish, place the BonRoll in it and cook it in the already hot fan oven

•FOR A QUICKER COOKING: Cut the BonRoll into slices of about 2 cm. Brown them in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and cook them over low heat, covering and turning them often.
