AIA's BonRoll Classic once again becomes the king of the table and presents itself in a completely new and original way.

The BonRoll Classic with apples and cinnamon is a perfect main course for winter: it also becomes special to serve during the Christmas lunch to enrich your menu with an original and winning idea.

Put the AIA's BonRoll Classic in a baking dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and rosemary. Bake the AIA's BonRoll Classic, covered with aluminum foil at 180°C for 30 minutes.


Now wash the apples, dry them and cut them into wedges before adding them to the BonRoll. Once the last 40 minutes have passed, remove the AIA's BonRoll Classic from the oven, uncover it and deglaze it with the white wine.


Add the apple wedges and cinnamon sticks and season with salt and pepper.
