Procedure

Separate the yolks from the whites and put the former in a bowl with the sugar. Beat with a whisk or electric mixer until you get a frothy cream.

Add the Marsala little by little, continuing to stir. 
When the ingredients are completely mixed, transfer the bowl to a bain-marie in a larger pot. The heat should be low and the water of the bain-marie should never boil.

Stir the zabaione for 10 minutes and when it is hot, arrange it in single-serving cups, decorate with cinnamon powder and currant clusters. Enjoy your meal!
