250 g of mascarpone
Bitter cocoa powder
150 g of zabaione cream
Coffee
Cinnamon powder
70 ml of fresh milk
1 glass of marsala
150 g of sugar
00 Flour

Description

Delicate and really easy to prepare, the delicate zabaione cream with cinnamon is the perfect dessert to serve at the end of your Christmas lunch. The taste of zabaione meets cinnamon for a result that tastes like Christmas and will really conquer everyone!

Procedure

With the help of a whisk, beat 6 egg yolks in a bowl, also adding the sugar and two teaspoons of flour. Cook in a bain-marie for a few minutes, adding the marsala and stirring well with a wooden spoon.

Now add the zabaione cream with the mascarpone, adding the milk and the cinnamon. Stir to mix all the ingredients well.

At the base of the glass in which you will serve your dessert, place a layer of panettone soaked in coffee and cover with the cream just obtained. Add a sprinkle of bitter cocoa and repeat the operation to create a second layer.

Decorate with a sprinkle of cocoa powder and serve. Enjoy your meal!
