Ingredients

4 People
2 packs of aeQuilibrium Baked Turkey Breast
One Granny Smith or Stark apple
50 g of whole walnut kernels
2 sprigs of currants
8 wooden skewers
bamboo or plexiglass

Description

Just like prosciutto and melon, turkey and apples together make a perfect match: the sweetness of the apples indeed enhances the delicate flavor of the aeQuilibrium AIA turkey breast.

Skewered on a stick, these two ingredients are suitable for many occasions, from a picnic to a birthday buffet, not to mention that - to prepare this dish - you don't even need to turn on the stove!

Procedure

1

Wash the apple, peel it, then cut it into cubes or not too thick triangles.

2

Rinse the currants gently and detach the grains from the sprig, then open the walnuts and shell them.

3

Now skewer all the ingredients starting with a grain of currant, then a slice of turkey breast folded onto itself and, finally, a piece of apple.

4

Alternate the ingredients until the end of the skewer and finish by skewering the walnut kernel on the tip of the skewer.

Suggestions

To prevent the apple from browning after cutting it, season it with a little lemon juice or rub a lemon wedge on the knife before cutting the fruit.
