200 g of green salad
Half a radicchio
2 slices of cereal bread
200 g of chanterelles
200 g of pumpkin
A level teaspoon of powdered turmeric
Extra virgin olive oil as needed
Salt and pepper

Wash the salad and the radicchio, then cut them as you like.

Clean the pumpkin: remove the skin, seeds and internal filaments. Slice it, place it in the steamer basket and let it cook for 5 minutes. The pumpkin should be cooked, but it should remain slightly crunchy. Once ready, season the pumpkin with a drizzle of oil and turmeric.

Cut the chanterelles into not too small pieces and quickly sauté them in a pan with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper. 5 minutes will be enough.

Toast the cereal bread and, when it is crispy, cut it into squares.

Finally compose your warm salad by adding all the ingredients: season it with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt, then mix it well.
