Mediterranean Tart with Fior di Mediterraneo and Vegetables

The Mediterranean tart with Fior di Mediterraneo, vegetables and ricotta is a call to the colors and flavors of nature.

Procedure
Line the mold with parchment paper, roll out the puff pastry and make it adhere well.
Add the ricotta inside the puff pastry.
Wash the vegetables, peel the potatoes and cut them into very small cubes. Trim the zucchini and cut it into strips. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Stuff the savory tart with the vegetables, add the rosemary and season with a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
Bake the Mediterranean tart at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Remove the tart from the oven and add small roses of Fior di Mediterraneo before bringing it to the table.
