8 slices of whole wheat bread
A pear
2 carrots
Valerian salad as needed
Alfalfa sprouts as needed
4 tablespoons of yogurt sauce
The juice of half a lemon
Extra virgin olive oil as needed

Making the Natural Sandwich with Fior di Gusto at home is very simple and, in a few minutes, you will prepare a delicious recipe, rich in different textures and with a unique and delicate flavor

Here are all the steps to prepare the Whole Wheat Natural Sandwich with Fior di Gusto.



Toast the slices of whole wheat bread.


Wash the pear, remove the core, peel it and cut it into thin slices. Sprinkle the slices with a few drops of lemon juice and arrange them on a plate.


Peel the carrots and trim them. With the peeler, cut many slices of carrot, arrange them in a bowl and season them with oil, salt and pepper.


Wash the valerian and dry it well. Do the same with the sprouts. 


With a teaspoon work the yogurt sauce to give it a creamy consistency.


Cut the slices of whole wheat bread to obtain 8 triangles. 


Then compose the sandwich by putting a slice of bread, some valerian, the pear slices and the carrot ones, the slices of Fior di Gusto and finish with the yogurt sauce. 


Once all the layers are made, serve the Natural Sandwich with Fior di Gusto on a nice cutting board.
