Crispy Focaccia with aeQuilibrium and Sweet Paprika

Craving an easy to prepare, light, colorful and very tasty recipe? Try the crispy focaccia with strips of aeQuilibrium with sweet paprika, grilled vegetables, tomatoes, rings of red onions, peas and mint! It is a unique summer dish, full of flavors, colors and textures, ideal to be taken to the beach and tasted under the umbrella, but also perfect to be served on the occasion of a lunch at the sea.
Here is the delicious recipe for crispy focaccia with strips of aeQuilibrium with sweet paprika, grilled vegetables, tomatoes, rings of red onions, peas and mint!
Procedure
Put the warm water in a bowl, dissolve the yeast in it, then add the sugar, oil and start incorporating the flour a little at a time until you get a smooth and elastic dough to which you will finally add the salt. Cover the dough with cling film and let it rise for an hour.
On the baking tray arrange the baking paper and grease it with oil, then lay the dough on it and pull it with your hands to cover the entire surface. Let it rise for another 30 minutes, then add oil, coarse salt and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes until you get a crispy and amber focaccia.
In the meantime, cut aeQuilibrium with sweet paprika into strips and set them aside.
Cut the zucchini into slices and grill them. Cut the peppers and grill these too. Slice the onion into rings and sauté the peas in a pan with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt.
Stuff the focaccia with all the ingredients and serve.
