How to transform the second course into an original dish and appetizing? It really takes little to give a new taste to your dinner and create a complete second course with cooked vegetables, raw and even the right amount of bread.

These appetizers with spinach and scamorza will also be tasty for a home party or for the Sunday lunch with the whole family. Even the most unappetizing of your guests will not be able to resist.

Here is the recipe for appetizers with spinach and scamorza.



Place the BonRoll with spinach in a baking dish and put in a hot oven at 180°C for about 70 minutes, keeping it covered for the first 50.


A few minutes before the end of cooking, also put the slices of brioche bread in the oven so that they become well browned.


Slice the BonRoll and arrange them on the slices of bread, place the slices of scamorza on top and put back in the oven to melt the cheese. It will only take a few minutes and the snacks will be ready.


Serve them with the mixed salad seasoned with salt, oil and lemon juice or balsamic vinegar.
