In a small bowl, work the yogurt with a grind of pepper and a few drops of lime juice, until you get a consistency similar to a glossy and enveloping ointment.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into wedges, season them with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt. Cut the baked chicken breast into strips and extract the seeds from the pomegranate.
