Description

Do you want to bring to the table a finger food that leaves everyone open-mouthed for its goodness and presentation? Try the gazpacho with turkey finger food and sesame puff pastry balls: it is a fresh and light recipe, but above all easy to prepare and ideal for all occasions.

Serve this dish as an appetizer for a Sunday lunch, for a brunch or for those evenings with friends to spend in the cool on the balcony. Here is the recipe!

Procedure

1

Start by preparing your gazpacho by cleaning and washing all the vegetables, then cutting them into small pieces.

2

Blend them together using an immersion blender and adding extra virgin olive oil in a thin stream

3

When you have obtained a soft and dense consistency, adjust the salt and pepper and keep in the refrigerator until serving time.

4

Preheat the oven to 170°C and, in the meantime, roll out the puff pastry on a cutting board; cut out many squares, which you will then transform into small balls to bread in sesame.

5

Bake them for 5 minutes keeping them well spaced from each other to prevent them from sticking. Remove the balls only when they are well browned.

6

Let them cool, then skewer them on a stick along with a slice of baked turkey that you will insert in the glass of very cold gazpacho.

7

Scent with some basil leaves and serve.
