Description

The oriental flavors that mix sweet and sour, are increasingly protagonists on Italian tables. Combined with the products of our gastronomic tradition such as the chicken and turkey roast, they know how to enhance the flavors in an extraordinary way.

Procedure

1

Cut the BonRoll into cubes of about 4 cm per side. Grease each cube with oil, coat them with sesame seeds and cook them in a very hot pan to brown them well on each side.

2

In the meantime, prepare the caramel sauce. Mix the sugar with the honey, add the soy sauce and, if necessary, add a little water.

3

Put on low heat and continue stirring until it starts to boil. At that point, turn off the heat and add a grated slice of ginger.

4

In a wok, sauté the soy sprouts in oil and garlic and, when they have colored, remove them from the heat.
