1 BonRoll Classico AIA
1 yellow pepper
1 red pepper
2 zucchinis
2 carrots
1 clove of garlic
Basil to taste

After a hard day's work or after the gym, it would be nice to be able to come home and find dinner already ready. With BonRoll Classico AIA it only takes 20 minutes to organize a tasty and nutritious dish with lots of crispy vegetables that should never be missing next to proteins.



Start with the vegetables. Wash the peppers, zucchinis and carrots and cut them into small pieces, more or less all the same size in order to obtain a homogeneous cooking. 


In a pan, heat a drizzle of oil with a clove of garlic. As soon as it has colored, add the vegetables starting with the carrots. After a couple of minutes, also add the zucchinis and, as soon as they have toasted, add the peppers. Finally finish with a few leaves of basil.


The vegetables must remain crispy, so stir often and leave on the fire for a maximum of 10-15 minutes. Adjust with salt or, if you prefer, sprinkle with a little pepper.


Cut the BonRoll into slices about one centimeter thick and cook on a hot grill, a couple of minutes per side.
