1 AIA BonRoll with Spinach
200 g of Asiago cheese
200 g of cherry tomatoes
Extra virgin olive oil


With the AIA BonRoll with spinach and cheese, it takes little to come up with a quick and easy recipe to bring to the table not only for lunch or dinner, but also for aperitif time.




Cut the Asiago into pieces similar in size to the cherry tomatoes and set them aside. 


Take the BonRoll with spinach and cheese and cut it into cubes about 2 centimeters per side. 


Brown them in a pan for about 8 minutes per side. 


Once cooked, skewer them alternating with the cheese and cherry tomatoes.
