400 g of AIA turkey thigh bites
200 g of peas
200 g of baby carrots
1 shallot
Fresh marjoram
Extra virgin olive oil
30 g of butter
Salt
Pepper

Description

When hunger strikes, there's no need to complicate things, bring to the table some turkey bites with sautéed vegetables and you're done. Simple dishes are the ones that give the most satisfaction. As always, the difference is made by the ingredients. With Aia turkey bites you're on the safe side, for the vegetables carefully choose those in season and don't overdo it with butter and oil: the perfect second course is served.

Procedure

To prepare the turkey bites with peas and carrots, thinly slice the shallot along with some marjoram stems and let them stew in a pan with a drizzle of oil.

In the meantime, clean and cut the carrots diagonally and add them to the shallot, then add the peas and also a little hot water to help cooking. Separately, in another pan, cook the turkey thigh bites with EVO oil. Salt and pepper.

After 4 minutes of cooking, add the vegetables and leave on the fire for about 5 more minutes.
