1 Classic BonRoll
200 g of thin slices of bacon
½ glass of white wine
Extra virgin olive oil as needed

To enhance all the flavor of Classic BonRoll, comes the crispy bacon which, transformed into crumble, will be able to modernize a classic recipe to make it a real masterpiece to savor.

Spread a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray and arrange on it the thin slices of bacon.


Bake in a preheated oven at 100°C for 20-25 minutes.


Once this time has passed, remove from the oven and crumble the crispy bacon until it becomes a crunchy crumble.


In the meantime, cook in a non-stick pan the Classic BonRoll cut into slices about 2 cm thick with a little extra virgin olive oil, add half a glass of white wine and let it evaporate.


Let it cook for 15 minutes, taking care to turn the slices of Classic BonRoll to make the cooking even.


Serve Classic BonRoll hot, enriched with the crispy bacon crumble.
