1 BonRoll Classic
1 white onion
A glass of red wine
3 steamed beetroots
Chicken or vegetable broth
100 g of peeled almonds
Raspberry vinegar
1 untreated lemon
1 sprig of rosemary
Extra virgin olive oil


Beetroots, almonds and raspberry vinegar are the main ingredients along with the BonRoll Classic. A simple and delicate recipe, with a unique flavor, perfect to be brought to the Christmas tables with friends and relatives!



Roughly chop the onion and put it in a pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and let it soften over low heat. Add the BonRoll Classic to the pan and brown it well on all sides.


At this point deglaze the BonRoll with the red wine, do this operation on high heat and without pouring the wine directly on the meat. Once the alcohol has evaporated, put the casserole in the oven and bake at 220°C for about 60 minutes. During oven cooking, constantly moisten the meat with the broth.


Put on kitchen gloves to avoid staining and dice the beetroot already steamed. Chop the peeled almonds and add them to a bowl along with the chopped beetroot.


Season with raspberry vinegar, oil, salt and pepper and mix well.


Take the BonRoll out of the oven and with the help of a spoon glaze it well with the cooking juices, then place it in the center of the serving dish. Arrange the beetroot and almond salad around the BonRoll.
