2 scamorza cheeses

Description

The recipe for the Christmas tree with puff pastry roses is the original and tasty solution to serve at a Christmas buffet.

Procedure

First of all, preheat the oven to 200°C. Roll out the puff pastry rolls on a work surface and cut out 23 strips. Then cut the slices of High Quality Cooked Ham in half lengthwise, taking care to obtain strips of more or less equivalent size to the puff pastry strips.

Slice the scamorza cheeses into thin slices and then use them to stuff the puff pastry strips together with the ham. Roll and slightly spread the pastry to mimic the shape of a rose. With the puff pastry roses, now compose a Christmas tree: place a rose at the top, followed by 2, then 3 and so on.

Finally, place two roses at the base to mimic the trunk of your Christmas tree. Bake your Christmas tree in the oven at 180° C for about 20 minutes.
