Here's how to prepare a delicious chocolate cake with the Easter Dove!

Procedure

1

First of all, cut the dove into many pieces that you will put in a bowl together with a glass of rum. In the meantime, melt the butter and the chocolate.

2

Whisk the eggs together with the sugar until you have obtained a smooth and homogeneous mixture. Now add the melted chocolate and butter and whisk for a few minutes, taking care to add the flour and yeast. Now add the dove to the mixture and mix all the ingredients well.

3

Let the mixture rest in the fridge for about an hour, so that it has time to rise. Once the necessary time has passed, take a buttered and floured mold and pour the mixture into it. Bake in a preheated oven for about 20 minutes at 180°C and let it cool for a few minutes before serving!
