BonRoll Classic
Roast preparation based on white meats of chicken and turkey.
A traditional, homemade, complete taste, but with the lightness of a balanced protein intake. Elegant on the plate, the BonRoll classic is a perfect second course for those who have always loved meatloaf and now find it in a modernly balanced version, to be enjoyed at will with seasonal vegetables, salad or legumes.
IN THE OVEN: 70 minutes
Pour a little oil and ½ glass of water or white wine into a baking dish; place the BonRoll in it and cook it in the oven already heated to 180° for 70 minutes, covering it for the first 50 minutes.
For a faster cooking IN A PAN IN SLICES:
Cut the BonRoll into slices of about 2 cm. Brown for 1 minute in a non-stick pan with a little butter. Add ½ glass of white wine and cook for 15 minutes on low heat, covering and turning them often.
