Preparation method
Pour a drizzle of oil and water into a baking dish, place the BonRoll in it, and bake in a fan-assisted oven at 200°C for 50 minutes, covering it for the first 35.
Slice the BonRoll into pieces about 2 cm thick. Sear them in a nonstick pan with a drizzle of oil and cook over low heat, covering them and turning them often.
