Description

If you have never tried the AIA Classic BonRoll you must immediately remedy. Serve it with a creamy potato and thyme soup for a main course that will also appeal to those with difficult tastes. Even your mother-in-law.

Procedure

To prepare the artichoke meatloaf with creamy potato, cook the BonRoll in the oven, seasoned with a drizzle of oil, following the instructions on the package.

To prepare the creamy potato soup, wash and peel the tubers and slice them to boil in boiling water.

When they are cooked, put them in a container, pour in the vegetable broth and with a hand blender reduce them to a creamy soup. Adjust with pepper and add some EVO oil.

Pour the creamy soup on the bottom of the plate where you will arrange the sliced BonRoll and garnish with fresh thyme.
