The classic meatloaf is suitable for many occasions, from lunch at the office to dinner with friends or family gatherings. With BonRoll Classico all you need is a little imagination to bring a delicious recipe to the table that breaks the routine. The potato flans for example can be the ideal side dish, especially on cold winter days.

Procedure

1

To prepare the meatloaf with potato flans first turn on the oven to 180°, when it is hot bake the BonRoll classico seasoned with a drizzle of EVO oil. It will take 70 minutes to cook.

2

In the last ten minutes you will also put the potato flans in the oven that you will have prepared following this procedure: peel the potatoes, slice them and toast them with a little butter in a pan together with the thinly sliced spring onions. Add the vegetable broth and let it stew.

3

Remove the potatoes from the heat when they are still a bit hard, mix them with the cream and place them in oiled molds lined with breadcrumbs. In 10 minutes in the oven the flans will be ready.

4

If you don't have molds you can let the dough cool and then work it with your hands to give it the shape of a sausage, roll it in breadcrumbs and then slice it before putting it in the oven to finish cooking.

5

In the meantime in a hot pan cook the guanciale until it becomes very crispy. Once cooked, slice it and serve it with the potato flan and decorate it with the crispy guanciale.
