Description

The grandma's meatloaf, the classic and tradition of every Italian family, goes well with everything, but with the side dish of potatoes and artichokes it's delicious. Artichokes are a great side dish, with an intense, but delicate flavor; in this recipe we will suggest how to cook them in a pan, flavored only with garlic and parsley. The artichokes must become soft to melt in your mouth and will enhance the delicate flavor of the Classic BonRoll.

It will take a few minutes on the fire and you can bring this delight to the table that will make both adults and children happy.

Procedure

1

To prepare the grandma's meatloaf with potatoes and artichokes get a pack of Classic BonRoll. Then start cleaning the artichokes by removing the toughest leaves, cutting the tip and keeping only the heart.

2

Cut them in half and if there is a bit of beard remove it with a spoon or a knife. Then cut the artichokes into wedges and let them soak in water and lemon for a few minutes. In the meantime peel the potatoes and cut them into matchsticks. Rinse them well and repeatedly then dry them carefully.

3

Arrange the potatoes and artichokes on the oven of a baking dish and season with oil, salt and pepper and rosemary. Mix so that the seasoning is well distributed then bake at 180°C for about 20 minutes .

4

While the vegetables are cooking, you can prepare the BonRoll: cut it into slices rather thick and put it to cook in a non-stick pan with a little oil and, after they have browned a minimum, deglaze with half a glass of white wine.
