What would Sunday be without a meatloaf? The one made by your aunt would be perfect, but if you're in a hurry, if you don't want to risk making a bad impression, rely on BonRoll Classico AIA and everything will go smoothly. Serve it with scrambled eggs with vegetables and all the guests will forget about the legendary aunt's meatloaf. The classic Sunday meatloaf will become your main dish to eat even on Wednesday. 

Procedure

To prepare the classic Sunday meatloaf, preheat the oven to 180° and start cooking the BonRoll in a baking dish with a little oil and 1/2 glass of water or white wine. Leave in the oven for 70 minutes, covering for the first 50.

In the meantime, boil the chard and spinach in boiling water and when they are cooked, drain them and squeeze them very well.

Then sauté the vegetables in a pan with a knob of butter and a little salt. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with a whisk, add a little milk, salt and pepper and pour everything over the vegetables, quickly stir everything with a fork to get scrambled eggs with vegetables that you will serve next to the meatloaf.
