100 g of taleggio cheese
20 g of pine nuts
20 g of raisins

Description

As a side dish to the delicious BonRoll with a heart of spinach, fresh vegetables are ideal. Try with spinach rolls with taleggio cheese and pine nuts. The sweet taste of taleggio, together with pine nuts and raisins will drive your taste buds crazy. You will have a complete and delicious second course with which to feed spinach to children without difficulty.

The meatloaf with spinach rolls, taleggio cheese and pine nuts during the Sunday lunch is a guaranteed success, but if you like to treat yourself well also for the office lunch remember that the day after, the meatloaf is even better.  

Procedure

To prepare the meatloaf with spinach rolls, taleggio cheese and pine nuts, start cooking the BonRoll with a heart of spinach in the oven, following the temperature and time indications on the product packaging.

In the meantime, clean the fresh spinach, being careful not to break the leaves. Toast the pine nuts in a non-stick pan and soak the raisins in warm water. To prepare the rolls, fill the individual leaves with the taleggio cheese cut into pieces or thin slices, the pine nuts and the raisins and close the leaf with the help of another leaf or with kitchen string.

Arrange the rolls in a baking dish, season them with EVO oil and bake them at 200° for 2 minutes or in the microwave at maximum temperature for about a minute. Serve the rolls as a side dish of the BonRoll.
