The BonRoll radicchio and scamorza is what was missing. The strong flavor of the scamorza and radicchio will allow you to bring a roast to the table that is even more delicious, which everyone will like.

You can serve the BonRoll with radicchio and scamorza by cooking it in the oven for 70 minutes at 180° degrees, or cut it into slices and cook it in a pan with half a glass of wine for about 15 minutes.
