Salsiccia ground coarsely like the traditional one prepared by the butcher.
Without dyes or preservatives, it is made with 50% fresh pork leg. Ideal for grilling, but also perfect for cooking in a pan.

Place the AIA Salsiccia Punta di Coltello in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil over medium heat. Cook until done, turning the product often.
Arrange the AIA Salsiccia Punta di Coltello in a baking dish with a drizzle of oil and bake at 220°C. Cook, making sure to turn the product often.
