Procedure
Let's start with the preparation of the meat: take a pack of AIA Ground Beef. Form four steaks of equal size. With your thumb create a small concavity on one side of the steaks, with this trick the hamburgers will not widen and will maintain a perfect shape.
Heat the grill to medium/high heat and start cooking the hamburgers. Of course you can choose to shorten the preparation time by using the hamburgers already ready to cook.
Meanwhile peel the onion and cut it into slices. Wash and dry the tomato and also cut it into slices of about 1 centimeter. Wash and dry the salad.
Turn the hamburgers, place the cheddar cheese on top and cover the grill with a lid to melt it; in the meantime also put the bread on the plate to toast it.
Spread the mayonnaise on the bottom of the bun and place the tomato and salad on top; now put the hamburger on the vegetables and place the onion on top and add some ketchup.
On the top of the bun add a pinch of barbecue sauce.
