2 packs of Turkey and Rosemary Burgers
500 g of potatoes extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves of garlic
1 sprig of sage
1 sprig of rosemary
15 g of pepper
1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
Salt

Description

For a truly fun and delicious family dinner, the turkey burger with potatoes and fried sage is just what you need. This dish is suitable for all occasions, especially to celebrate a good report card, but also simply to make children happy.

The turkey burger is quick to cook and will satisfy your craving for a fast food dinner without sacrificing quality. Accompany with a few leaves of fried sage to add a glamorous touch to your dish.

Procedure

To prepare the turkey burger with potatoes and fried sage, start by peeling and cutting the potatoes into wedges. Soak them and rinse the water until it is quite clear.

Dry the wedges very well after which heat 50g of oil in a non-stick pan and cook the potatoes, a little at a time over high heat until they are well cooked and golden.

Halfway through cooking, add a clove of garlic and season with rosemary. Only salt at the end of cooking.

In a cup, mix the pepper slightly crushed with oil and chopped parsley. Also prepare the fried sage: after thoroughly cleaning the leaves, washing and drying them very well and gently, fry them in plenty of very hot oil.

Be careful not to burn them, the sage leaves cook in a flash. In the meantime, cook the turkey burgers on the grill and then arrange them on a plate with the potatoes and decorate with the fried sage leaves.
