To prepare the turkey burger with potatoes and fried sage, start by peeling and cutting the potatoes into wedges. Soak them and rinse the water until it is quite clear.

Dry the wedges very well after which heat 50g of oil in a non-stick pan and cook the potatoes, a little at a time over high heat until they are well cooked and golden.

Halfway through cooking, add a clove of garlic and season with rosemary. Only salt at the end of cooking.

In a cup, mix the pepper slightly crushed with oil and chopped parsley. Also prepare the fried sage: after thoroughly cleaning the leaves, washing and drying them very well and gently, fry them in plenty of very hot oil.

Be careful not to burn them, the sage leaves cook in a flash. In the meantime, cook the turkey burgers on the grill and then arrange them on a plate with the potatoes and decorate with the fried sage leaves.
