Hamburger and roasted potatoes with light mayonnaise
Ingredients
Description
The fast food style dinner, with hamburger and potatoes on the side, will make everyone in the family happy.
With the AIA pure pork hamburgers you will be sure to bring good and controlled meat to the table, to be accompanied with homemade roasted potatoes.
The addition of mayonnaise will give the final touch: here is the recipe.
Procedure
First, let's prepare the mayonnaise. Put the yolk, at room temperature, in a bowl, add the salt and vinegar. Start beating with a whisk and add the oil in a thin stream, being careful to pour it very slowly so as not to spoil the mayonnaise.
When the mayonnaise is whipped, add the lemon juice and stir again.
Put the mayonnaise to rest in the refrigerator and prepare the potatoes. Peel them, cut them into wedges and cook them in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and garlic, turning them often until they are cooked, being careful not to burn them. At the end of cooking, flavor them with chopped rosemary and salt to taste.
The Hamburgers can be cooked in a pan over medium heat with a drizzle of oil for 10 minutes or on a hot plate for about ten minutes.
When the potatoes and hamburgers are ready, serve them on a lettuce leaf with the mayonnaise as a side sauce.
