Procedure

Cook the pork hamburger on the grill, turning it often. In the meantime, cut the bun in half and lightly heat it on the barbecue from the inside.

Prepare the guacamole sauce by peeling a ripe avocado and removing the pit. Cut into cubes and crush it until you get a cream.

Season the avocado with a very fine chop of onion, extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice.

When the hamburger is ready, spread the guacamole sauce in the bread and stuff with the pork hamburger, tomato slices and lettuce leaves.
