Cook the Luganega Paesana 500g AIA:
IN THE PAN: 15 minutes
Cook the sausage with a drizzle of oil over medium heat for 15 minutes. Bring it to the end of cooking, often turning the product.
IN THE OVEN: 15 minutes
Place the sausage in a baking dish with a drizzle of oil and put in the oven at 220°C. Cook for 15 minutes, making sure to often turn the product.
