Sausage with a coarse grind like the traditional one prepared by the butcher.

Without colorings or preservatives, it is made up of 50% fresh pork thigh. Ideal for grilling, but also perfect in a pan.

IN A PAN: 15 minutes
Place the Knife Knife Tip Sausage AIA in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil over medium heat for 15 minutes. Bring it to the end of cooking, often turning the product.

IN THE OVEN: 15 minutes
Arrange the Knife Tip Sausage AIA in a baking dish with a drizzle of oil and put in the oven at 220°C. Cook for 15 minutes, taking care to often turn the product.
