Preparation method
Pour a drizzle of oil and water into a baking dish, place the BonRoll in it, and bake in a fan-assisted oven at 200°C for 50 minutes, covering it for the first 35.
For faster cooking, cut the BonRoll into slices about 2 cm thick. Sear for 1 minute in a nonstick pan with a little butter. Add ½ glass of white wine and cook for 15 minutes over low heat, covering them and turning them often.
