Description

For a lunch in the office among colleagues, but also for a romantic and candlelit dinner, the recipe for BonRoll in puff pastry will make you stand out and make your meal an unforgettable moment. The recipe that features one of the most loved products of AIA, is enriched by the crunchiness of puff pastry. The BonRoll in puff pastry is an easy and quick idea to make even the little ones happy. Here's how to prepare it.

Procedure

1

Spread the BonRoll on a sheet of aluminum foil and wrap it, closing it like a large candy, put it in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.

2

In the meantime prepare the garlic and mustard sauce, crushing the first ingredient and mixing it with the mustard. After the necessary minutes, take the BonRoll out of the oven and let it cool: once it has cooled down, place it on the open roll of puff pastry and sprinkle it with sauce. Then add salt and pepper and wrap it in it.

3

Cut the puff pastry in excess and close the edges well, so as to keep the BonRoll inside. Then decorate to your liking with the leftover puff pastry, perhaps creating strips and finally brush the surface with the yolk mixed with water. Take advantage of the already hot oven to finish cooking this delicacy at 160°C for 30 minutes.
