Pork Meatballs
Delicious Pork Meatballs ready to cook, ideal for pan-frying. GLUTEN-FREE AND WITHOUT PRESERVATIVES!
Cook the AIA Pork Meatballs, Carne al Fuoco in a pan with a splash of oil. Sauté diced celery and carrots and a few sprigs of rosemary.
Then add the meatballs and let them cook. If you like, splash with some white wine and let it evaporate.
At this point, add some tomato purée (or fresh diced tomatoes), cover and cook over medium heat, stirring from time to time.
Add a few basil leaves. Serve the meatballs with the cooking sauce.
