Pork Meatballs

Flavorful ready-to-cook pork meatballs, perfect for pan frying. GLUTEN-FREE AND PRESERVATIVE-FREE!

Cook the Carne al Fuoco AIA Pork Meatballs over a flame in a pan with a drizzle of oil. Sauté diced celery and carrots along with a few sprigs of rosemary.

Next, add the meatballs and let them cook for 4/5 minutes. Optionally, sprinkle with white wine and let it evaporate.

At this point, add tomato sauce (or fresh diced tomatoes), cover, and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

After 15 minutes, add a few basil leaves and let it cook for another 2 minutes. Serve the meatballs with the cooking sauce.
