Preparation of the turkey thigh

To start, pour the flour on a plate and flour the thin slices of AIA turkey thigh on both sides. Once ready, set them aside for a moment.

Preparation of the mushrooms

Now proceed with the mushrooms: cut them into pieces and place them in a separate bowl.

Cooking mushrooms

Turn on the stove and place a non-stick pan on the flame. Add 30 grams of butter and the two cloves of garlic, and let them brown. Pour the mushrooms into the pan, salt and pepper to taste, and stir until they are cooked to perfection. Transfer the cooked mushrooms to a bowl.

Cooking and browning scaloppine

Now it's the turn of the scaloppine. In the same pan where we cooked the mushrooms, add the remaining butter, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and chopped rosemary. Insert the thin slices of AIA turkey thigh, salt and pepper lightly, and deglaze with a little white wine. Let it brown for a few minutes.

Combination of all ingredients

To finish, add the cooked mushrooms to the scaloppine in the pan and sauté all the ingredients together for a few seconds.
