In a bowl, pour the juice of a lemon and then pass the AIA turkey breast slices, one after the other, in the flour.

In a large non-stick pan, heat the butter and then add the AIA turkey breast slices which you will cook for a few minutes on both sides.

Season with a pinch of salt and pepper and then pour the lemon juice and continue cooking for about 3 more minutes. Your turkey scaloppine with lemon are ready to be served!
