400 g of sausage
400 g of fresh mushrooms of your choice
1 onion
1 clove of garlic
30 ml of white wine
Fresh parsley to taste
Extra virgin olive oil

Clean the mushrooms, cut them into pieces and set them aside.

Slice the onion thinly and let it wilt in plenty of hot oil together with a clove of garlic.

Now add the sausages previously peeled and crumbled. Brown them for a few minutes then moisten with the wine until it has evaporated, then add the mushrooms.

Let cook for about 5 minutes over high heat, taking care to stir often. Once well cooked, adjust with salt and pepper and add plenty of chopped parsley.

Serve the sausages with the mushrooms still very hot and don't forget to bring a homemade loaf to the table!
