240 g of AIA chicken breast
240 g of noodles
2 zucchini
180 g of mushrooms

Typical of the Chinese culinary tradition, noodles have ancient origins and are made from a dough of flour mixed with water and eggs. Unlike pasta, which is made from durum wheat and is extruded, noodles are cut directly from the pasta sheet. Today we want to propose the recipe for noodles with chicken and vegetables, a great classic, easy to prepare and perfect to serve on the occasion of a themed dinner, or whenever you feel like tasting something different from the usual.

After cleaning the vegetables, slice the onion, julienne the zucchini and bell pepper, and chop the mushrooms. In a non-stick pan, pour a drizzle of EVO oil and sauté the mushrooms on high heat so that they lose their water. Separately, sauté the onion with ginger, zucchini and peppers, on high heat, with a drizzle of oil and a pinch of salt.


Cut the AIA chicken breast into chunks that you will brown in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and two teaspoons of soy sauce. In a large pan, combine the vegetables, chicken, mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes.


In the meantime, cook the noodles for a few minutes in a pot with plenty of salted water, drain them and then transfer them to the pan with the sauce, mixing well.
