In short, the AIA chicken wings are liked by everyone and only require a few minutes to be prepared in the oven: discover here the recipe with teriyaki sauce and basmati rice.
Procedure
Preheat the fan oven to 200°C and arrange the Durango in a baking dish greased with a little extra virgin olive oil, then cook for 15 minutes. Turn the Durango halfway through cooking.
In the meantime, prepare the teriyaki sauce. Pour the soy sauce, mirin, sake and sugar into a saucepan; then, over low heat, bring to a boil stirring. When the sauce has thickened (it will take about 5 minutes), turn off and let it cool down.
Now, to accompany the chicken wings with the basmati rice, prepare a pot of salted water and cook the rice al dente, for a maximum of 11-12 minutes. Drain and set aside.
At this point, assemble the dish: season the chicken wings with the teriyaki sauce, then add the basmati rice enriched with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and serve.
