Here is the recipe for the spinacina with teriyaki sauce, enriched with white rice with sesame, boiled egg, broccoli and kiwi.
Procedure
Boil the rice in salted boiling water, then drain it and season it with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Cook the AIA Spinacine in a pan, with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, or in the oven at 180°C for 8 minutes. Once ready, cut them into diamonds.
Clean the tops of the broccoli and sauté them in a pan, also with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil; if you like, you can also add some slices of chili pepper.
Prepare the hard-boiled egg by immersing it in boiling water for 12 minutes, then remove the shell and cut it in half.
Put on the white rice that you have previously prepared the AIA Spinacine, the broccoli and the hard-boiled egg. Season the rice with sesame and the spinacine with teriyaki sauce.
Then peel the kiwis and cut them, then add them to the bowl with the other ingredients, thus composing and completing your oriental-style spinacina.
