1 AIA egg
1 AIA egg white
50 g of salted peanut granules
50 g of soy sauce
50 g of starch

5 dl of chicken broth
Fresh ginger
Powdered cardamom
A pinch of sugar

Description

Turkey in the form of a meatball immediately whets the appetite, both for adults and children.

This little recipe of spicy meatballs with a vague oriental flavor will conquer the most sophisticated palates and will make you look great for a chic aperitif.

Procedure

Let's start from the base of these turkey meatballs: work the meat with a whole egg, a pinch of salt, one of sugar and half a teaspoon of cardamom.

Mix the ingredients well and create, with half the dough, balls and with the other half cubic shapes.

Let it rest in the fridge for 2 hours.

Now prepare the sauce that you will need for the spherical meatballs: mix the chicken broth, obtained with the cube or homemade, with the 50 grams of soy sauce and a grated ginger fresh. Add the sifted potato starch and mix carefully to avoid lumps. You will get a shiny and thick sauce.

When two hours have passed, arrange the spherical meatballs in this sauce and cook over a very gentle heat until they are well cooked. The cubic meatballs, on the other hand, should be brushed with a mixture made of an egg white, a pinch of potato starch and a pinch of salt.

Pass the meatballs in the peanut granules and fry them in hot oil. When the meatballs are golden, let them dry on some kitchen absorbent paper.
