IN A NON-STICK PAN:
To serve the Spinacine warm and golden brown, place them in a non-stick pan with a splash of oil or a piece of butter and fry them, turning them occasionally.

CRISPY IN THE OVEN:
Preheat the convection oven to 220°C and place the Spinacine in a baking dish without spices. Then place them in the preheated oven and turn them halfway through the cooking time.
Try them with new potatoes seasoned with bacon cubes and rosemary.
