Procedure

1

First of all, heat two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a pot, then place the Classic AIA BonRoll and brown it on all sides, deglazing with a glass of white wine. Once the wine has evaporated, add a glass of water. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 70 minutes, turning it occasionally until golden.

2

In the meantime, cut the onion, ginger and garlic. Blend the ginger with the garlic and cut the fresh coriander. Then add two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil in a non-stick pan and let it heat slightly before adding the onion. Then add the mixture of ginger, garlic and onion. Let it brown for 5 minutes and also add the spice mix. Let it cook for 2 minutes.

3

Add the tomato sauce and ½ glass of water and then also pour the yogurt. At this point mix, cover and leave on moderate heat for about 2 minutes. Remove the Classic AIA BonRoll from the oven, place it in the curry sauce, let it flavor for a few minutes and finally add the fresh coriander.

4

Prepare the basmati rice separately, cooking it in boiling water. Once cooked, drain it and shape it in a glass mold. Serve it white to accompany the meat.
